After my surgery I had a few questions about aftercare. Of course they had reviewed aftercare before the procedure but I had additional questions. I try not to be 'one of those patients' but I had additional concerns that came up and called after business hours and left a message. I was worried about how long it would be until I would hear back. Dr F called me back, maybe a 5-10 min wait. That is service that I totally appreciated. He gladly answered my questions and I was relieved. I was not worried anymore and I was not made to feel like a dummy for my inquiry. Dr. F is professional and pleasant and his team is the same. Thanks!
