Dr. Fletcher is wonderful!! He is very patient and understanding. He explained what he was doing throughout my appointment. He showed me images on the screen as he explained what he saw. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing an ENT! The first time I needed to see him, his office scheduled my appointment in just a couple days.
