Excellent (apart from billing issues). Dr. Fried was the surgeon assigned to me at a hospital ER visit. He was great in my opinion. When surgery didn't happen as planned, he was very explanatory, sought out my relative, explained everything to her and kept her fully in the loop. He visited me several times throughout my stay and other than issues with him not being in network, I enjoyed (I know that's weird but I despise doctors and hospitals) my visits with him. he was kind, professional and helpful. Office exams were prompt and didn't waste my time in the waiting room. Staff were great and friendly, easy to reach as well. I can't say that about many doctors nowadays.
