From start to finish this was an excellent experience. Was told to get there 30 minutes prior, checked in, and waited 15 minutes to be called. If you're going to an appointment and don't plan properly, you'll likely arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances: lack of patient accountability.Staff: everyone was very pleasant, met with Becca and then Tammy, who I'd spoken on the phone with prior to the appointment. Staff issues? Ask yourself, were YOU pleasant and cordial with them? I had no issues whatsoever - top notch staff! Dr. Wenz: detailed discussion prior to epidural, confirmed specifics in my chart, asked questions and allowed me to explain what was going on; VERY thorough when explaining what to expect from the procedure and also moving forward. He then came in to the room where I received the epidural, asking if I was ok. The procedure itself was so much better than in FL (was able to see what he was doing). He came in AFTER to see how I was. Start to finish: EXCELLENT!
