I am patient of Dr. Kay for more than 10 years. Fantastic doctor - great diagnostician, great with follow-up and very easy to work with. Spends time to clarify issues both in person and over secure email. Too bad he has reduced his practice hours and not taking new patients. Very happy an lucky to have him.
