I had the privilege of working with Dr. Seen in Roane County, WV. Part of my job was credentialing and monitoring continuing education. Dr. Seen was excellent in both areas. He was well liked by both patients and staff. Our family also chose him as our family physician, and we could not have asked for better care. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for high quality care from a caring doctor.
