He was gentle and kind before my IV placement and was there for me after a long surgery with a great pain management plan that included a nerve block and little to no opioids. He is very professional but yet very relatable. He's the kind of guy you could see yourself having a beer with. Ask for him by name, he's 'awesome-sauce'!
