I've done more research that I can measure on the topic of biohacking and biological age. There are a ton of podcasts, and too much information out there. I found Dr. Holtorf in my research and was surprised that he and his team responded so quickly to my inquiry. They were patient, and super helpful. They understood what I'm dealing with. How he applied his knowledge to my situation was expert. He really took the time to understand where I'm at and has helped me identify exactly what I need to do to reverse the biological clock.
