Dr van Nostrand puts you at ease to ask questions and answers them thoroughly. She is a good listener and you get the impression that she truly cares. She is not intimidating and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to show you what’s wrong by explaining a scan, for example. I’m glad that she’s my Dr.
