I took my son to the ER who was having an adverse reaction to his vaccinations. Kerry was very kind to my son and patient with him. He explained that he had an infection and prescribed antibiotics which cleared up my son's swollen, inflamed arm. He was knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly.
