Wow! I know there are only a few but I am truly shocked at the negative ratings here because that was the polar opposite of my experience. I’ve been scared to seek psychiatric treatment for many years due to others poor experiences and things i’ve read online. I was assigned Dr Jou through my insurance and he has been nothing but kind and considerate through the last 6 months i’ve been seeing him. He always makes sure we make the most of our time, has inquired about my life and suggested lifestyle changes over further medication and has respected my hesitance to start medication and offered a very conservative treatment plan and answered all of my dozens of questions and even was appreciative i came with so many. I’m being treated for anxiety so i’m not sure how other ailments would be handled I was in shock at how good my experience was and I felt so comfortable, so I was really surprised at the negative reviews.
