Dr Hardt replaced my right hip in 2021 with excellent results and a very speedy recovery. This year I had an acute bacterial infection in my prosthetic left hip which had been replaced in 2011 by another surgeon. Dr Hardt was very diligent in taking the iterative steps to identify what was causing extreme pain in my left hip including ordering bloodwork and an aspiration after x rays failed to identify the problem. Dr Hardt removed the infected prosthetic hip and coordinated with other medical professionals to subdue the severe infection. Dr Hardt will replace the infected hip late fall. He was very diligent and effective in identifying and resolving my hip issues with excellent results so far.
