Great GI Dr! Instead of recommending all sorts of over the counter products for chronic constipation, he referred me to Foundation Physical Therapy where they do pelvic floor therapy (Kegel exercises) that teach you to use the correct muscles & positions when having a bowel movement. Also gave me information on IBS which helps you learn about changing your diet. So glad I found him!
