My regular doc just prescribed NSAIDs, which helped, but the pain never improved. After first visit to Dr. Treffer, pain was completely gone but returned in a day or two. I did the exercises he prescribed, and there was some improvement. After the second visit, there was A LOT of improvement! Still doing the exercises and hoping to cut back on the pain meds soon.
