Easy to get appoint. Friendly, easy to talk with and ask questions of. Took what ever time I or my sister needed to answer our questions. Only thing I didn't like about his is that he is about a foot taller than I am. I strongly recommend him. I already had xrays of my shoulders when I first saw him, but he required I get MRI's to confirm which shoulder surgery was the best option.
