Patient Reviews
Feb 29, 2024
I saw Dr. Formes in 2021 for heart-related issues. I liked him. He listened to me and was patient with my Aspberger's. He helped me rule out a couple of causes and ordered cardiac monitoring for which I was most grateful. Four stars because his staff provided very little instruction with regard to the cardiac monitoring and was less than cordial upon my return. They wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars for cardiac monitoring that wasn't done--nobody told me to push the button when I was having symptoms and I wore the monitor for nearly a week. The staff also knew I was cash-pay, but still seemed to try to run up the bill, especially with the third-party cardiac monitoring. My only gripe is with his staff for sub-par instructions with the cardiac monitoring and seemingly trying to run up the bill when I came back in with questions and to request medical records. Otherwise, I would recommend Dr. Formes.
