Dr Reinhard is a doctor who truly cares. He is polite, thorough, and compassionate. He will order test specifically for your ailment, no more or less and will not stop till he finds what is ailing you. He explains everything well from test to medical conditions and listens attentively to the patient. He involves the patient in their own care. The wait time is a bit long as Mercy Hospital has the biggest emergency room and about 8 trauma bays and priority is those who are in worse shape.
