He did 2 abdominal surgeries in 2017, 2 abdominal surgeries and one perforated bowel in 2018 and did a reversal of my ileostomy in 2019. Excellent doctor he explains everything to you and answers your questions.Nurse Kerry was always good but doesn't work in that office. Doctor Hoddinott told a staff member named Stacy to order whatever supplies I needed . She said okay.When I called she said call your primary doctor that's not my job. Then Stacy called me one time in 2024 and I called back and I was on hold for over 15 I hung up.She never called me back and the woman I think her name was Suzanne asked me all my information. Stacy had the audacity to say I was discharged! I've been having ongoing problems and he's the only doctor I trust with my situation. He needs more staff like Kerry that really cares about his patients instead of just a pay check!!!
