Dr. Kimata treated me for GBS. He notices things that many doctors probably don’t. Razor sharp intellect. He studies and reads constantly so he is always up to date with the latest information on very difficult to diagnose neurological diseases. His methodical approach makes him a superb diagnostician. If you ever watched the show “House”, he’s probably the closest Hawaii has to that kind of doctor. If you have a disease that has stumped others contact Dr. Kimata. Just be warned, he’s all business and not warm and fuzzy unless you talk about baseball! It’s not that he is uncaring, he just totally focuses on the medical issues. I believe that he saved my life, so I am eternally grateful. Definitely one of the best. Thanks to him I am fully recovered from my paralysis.
