My meeting at the clinic was unquestionably better than any recent meeting with medical personnel that I have experienced elsewhere. The support staff were courteous, prepared and responsive to my needs while simultaneously making certain transactions were in compliance with this clinics policies and procedures.My conversation with Dr Reavis was as refreshing as it was informative. He explained the etiology of my condition as well as the treatment options in detail and he did so without condescending or patronizing behavior. He shared his thoughts and notes openly and sought my comments and observations as well. Even though the subject matter of our conversation was new to me Dr Reavis brought meaning to the subjecmatter and allowed me to absorb information at my pace not his. Most importantly to the success of our meeting and my satisfaction was the emphasis Dr Reavis obviously placed on listening .
