I have been battling iron deficiency anemia for 16 years. Due to low hemoglobin the oncall PCP sent me to the ER for a blood transfusion. Dr Timmel's bedside manner was professional and his management of my condition set me on the course of resolving my condition, ie referral to a Gastroenterologist and then to a surgeon. Thank you.
