I left in tears. Dr. Nguyen was dismissive of my questions/ concerns and appeared to be bored the entire time; looking at the ceiling and then to the floor while toeing a s. There were many upsetting things, but one of themwas. He walked out of the room twice while I was in the middle of a sentence. When I asked why he said “What do you want me to do? I already addressed xyz.” Great way to shut someone down. Second time I got my jacket and walked out too asking what was going on and was I supposed to follow to which he said, “I’m getting your paperwork. I didn’t tell you to follow me. Go back in the room.” First time leaving urgent care feeling so much worse than when I walked in. Other staff were excellent and let me know they were aware of his poor bedside manner. They encouraged me to share what happened in a follow up survey as well as call a manager. I don’t like doing this. I also don’t want him to make other people feel this way. Disheartened and disappointed with Dr Nguyen
