my family and i have been going here since before our children were born. They are all adults now. Our experiences have been positive and the Dental Care outstanding. Dr. Cooper is always friendly and caring. His Office Staff as well. Wait times are short. Im not happy with the Insurance not being billed at time of Service however and you pay before then your insurance re imburses you. I have since decided to have my teeth cleaned 2 times a year instead of three. I have not had a appt in about 3 months now due to being out of town. Laura has contacted me a few times for open appts that are available that day. This is a extra step on her part that she does not have to do. So kutos to her. I will continues to use Dr. Coopers Services in the future but scaled back due to the insurance issue, which I hope goes back to being billed at time of service.
