I've seen Dr. Quang several times and have always had a good experience. He's taken care of a couple of ingrown toenails for me as well as done minor on the spot surgery on my pinkie toes that curled under the toe next to them. He always explains the problem and gives options on the solution. I would recommend him to anyone.
