Dr. Ro was very nice and respectful. He smiles a lot and put me at ease during the appointment. I usually feel anxious during a doctors appointment but I felt relaxed. He also engaged in a lot of patient education during the apt which helped me to understand the diagnosis. I wish he could be my primary care provider but he is a specialist. I will continue to see him and recommend him. Such a nice and knowledgeable doctor ! So rare!
