Our son was in Ocean View in the care of Dr Stephanoff. He had been moved around a few facilities and this was the first time we were able to engage successfully and substantiatively with the facilities psychiatrist. Dr Stephanoff is patient, a great listener, collaborative, and even consulted with us on weekends. I thoroughly recommend him.
