Very professional and pleasant to me and my wife, a retired nurse. Reviewed MRI film with us, asked appropriate diagnostic questions, historical questions, and did brief physical exam. Discussed possible treatment options and suggested his next step treatment recommendation. Asked if we had any questions and my wife asked him about 4 which he answered to her satisfaction. Visit did not feel rushed. Felt Dr. Swong was very knowledgeable and competent in diagnosing the problem, working toward the best long term solution. That was what we wanted first and foremost in this visit.
