Dr. Tool is kind, informative, very nice and a good listener. Never in a hurry. Very thorough. My experience with him, his partner and staff have been exceptional. They respond quickly to your needs and have an advanced patient portal that is quite helpful. Recently had a surgery with Dr. Tool and he was super prepared. Just a great experience. Great physician and staff. They actually care about their patients and it really shows.
