I am shocked by the lack luster rating that Dr. Lanighan has been given. After reading some of the reasons for such rating I am appalled. Having a good bedside manner is not at the top of my priority list when looking for a physician let alone a surgeon. Competence, experience and good results are what I look for. Dr. Lanighan performed surgery on my right hand in 2022 and I am now going back to him for issues with my left hand. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and I had a great result from my surgery. I do not require hand holding from any of my doctors and I would prefer my doctor to straightforward, thorough and concise. People should not mistake his confidence for arrogance. If you are looking for a new friend, go to the park.
