My mother and I were out of state and she became ill. She went to an urgent care in Arizona where she received horrible care. I was desperate to get her help. I called Dr. Wycoff's nurse Felicia and requested assistance. We did an e-visit and a follow-up phone call with Dr. Wycoff's staff to ensure they had received the information and to see if they had additional information about my Mother's health. Within a few hours, they had given us a prescription . Within 24 hours, my Mother's symptoms had improved. She very possibly could have ended up in the hospital and we would not have been able to fly home the next day without Dr. Wycoff and Felicia's assistance. Thank you!
