In November 2023 after telling me for years it was time, Dr. Yousef performed a bilateral knee replacement. I wasn’t ready previously as I was still physically active and not in a great deal of pain. A year later, I am amazed! I play pickleball 5 days a week for at least 2 hours getting to balls that I assumed were not possible for someone my age and fitness level. In September, I hiked 100 miles in 2 weeks through the Alps. I had no idea that my knees were limiting me as much as they were. Dr. Yousef, why did you let me wait so long? LOL!
