I was in severe pain for over 10 year (not from lack of fiercely trying to rectify it). I went to emergency rooms (numerous times and numerous emergency rooms), endoscopy, colonoscopy, myomectomy (removed 12 uterine fibroids), a failed pregnancy and yet the pain still persisted. The fibroids grew back and my gynecologists referred me to Dr. Cross, who in turn sent me to Dr. Simpson. I felt helpless and hopeless, I was so miserable. I was having a time getting on her schedule, it was frustrating and there were tears. Finally, I met Dr. Simpson and explain that I was dying (we laughed) but she really listened to my story and my journey of pain. She was genuine, caring, and was concerned about my health like no one else, she went out of her way to squeeze me into her schedule for surgery. The surgery went great, afterwards, I was reluctant to comment on my pain until I was certain. After over 10 years, she fixed me and I am so gratefully to her and her staff. She is worth the wait!
