She has been so helpful in my journey to have a child. So kind and sweet and personable. Even when it took me months to come back to finish the journey. She was just as happy and joyful and excited to help and so knowledgeable. And she doesn’t fake knowing something. If she doesn’t know she will find out and get me an answer or tell me who to ask. Highly recommend her.
