Been going there over 30 years and I’ve always liked Dr. Horowitz but I’ve had it with one of his staff, she is rude and I’ve even caught her lying. Just today I had an appointment at 12:45 and in the office at 1:52 and she told me I would have to reschedule. She rescheduled me for Dec. 6, 2023 @ 2:00 pm. I just checked my appointments on my Adventist Health portal and it’s on Dec.5th,2023 @ 2:20pm, playing games she is.
