My husband works for the county therefore we have county insurance. I wasn’t very happy with our insurance plan because it seemed impossible to find a decent specialist in our network. Eventually I was assigned to Dr. Ly and she has been a Godsend for me. She is the only reason we haven’t switched to kaiser four years ago. She is thorough, mindful and caring. She takes her responsibility seriously. I always know that she has my well being at heart and that I am in good hands with her.
