Dr. Thornton from RMA NY is one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors we have ever met. She is very hard working and her bed side manner is exceptional. She has an ability to connect with her patients by showing a lot of empathy. She was able to take our case that others may have been reluctant to. In addition, she was very ambitious and very hard working in our case. She responds to questions and emails very quickly. She is very easy to talk to and really listens to concerns.
