Dr. Tilley is very knowledgeable and patient. She takes the time to address questions and concerns and also makes the effort to forwarn you of any potential effects of medication. She once prescribed me a medication and warned me that there is a slight chance that I could develop a cough from it and, sure enough, I did and she quickly found an alternative for me. In comparison, my mother was also prescribed the same medication (diff Dr) and also developed a cough, but she was never warned about this possibility and was not presented an alternative. I recommended the alternative that Dr. TIlley gave me and my mother's cough went away too. When my medication regimen for diabetes was not really fitting in with my lifestyle, she was able to work with me and figure out a schedule and medication combination that wouldn't leave me with such drastic dips in my blood sugar when I'm working. She also makes sure to review results with you either by email or by phone. Honestly, she is a real gem!
