I was under care of dr. Harper for years due to failing kidneys . She was monitoring the progress but she missed the moment to put me on dialysis . After I was admitted to hospital for buildup of fluids in the lungs and heart and then she finally ordered a dialysis. For years I was experiencing high blood pressure . Despite being described by dr. Harper different medications and increasing the doses the blood pressure remained in 180/90 range. Afer I changed the nephrologist I was described a calcium channel blocker by the new doctor. It worked like a miracle. The blood pressure is 125/70. Unfortunately Dr. Harper being did not know that this is a medication to control the blood pressure when the kidneys are failing.
