My 6 week old daughter needed a frenectomy for her tongue and lip ties. I HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone who needs this procedure done on their baby. Dr Santiago uses a sugar solution instead of anesthetic, takes the baby out of the room for the procedure, uses a laser instead of scissors, and schedules a follow-up to check how the baby is healing. I called to schedule an appointment and the front desk woman was extremely helpful and pleasant on the phone. She provided the upfront cost
