I have been a patient of Dr. Salene for several years. In that time, there have been a few health-related situations such as onset of hypertension and hyperlipidemia as well as the occasional injury for which I have received care from Dr. Salene. Throughout, she has been unfailingly professional, caring and considerate. She has a wealth of knowledge across a broad range of the practice of medicine, and she is able to quickly assess and treat a large variety of situations. Importantly, she is a good listener and very interactive regarding findings and proposed treatments. She has made a number of treatment recommendations, such as statins and dietary changes, and so far she has been uniformly correct. To me, she epitomizes the best of primary care.
