Dr. James is one of the most caring & compassionate women I've ever met, inside or outside the medical field. She got my records before our first visit & had actually READ THEM! She never rushed through a visit, & was very sympathetic when other medical conditions were affecting me. She was professional, but also behaved like "just another human being". She explained the reasons for her recommendations (which were different than what I'd been told twice before. I highly recommend her.
