I suffered with intense pain due to severe spinal stenosis and was (reluctantly) considering a lamanectomy and fusion. Then I met with Dr Patel who is persistent and amazing. The MILD was the first intervention: unsucessful with me. Then i had an unsuccessful epidural. On the third attempt I had a transformainal epidural steroid injection and voila- it is three weeks since this proceedure and and my life is 90% better. I will have another transformainal epidural steroid injection when or if the pain intensifies. Bravo! Dr Patel is caring, careful, kind and SMART. I am so lucky I found her!
