She is very sweet and good with my 2 year old. Very informative. I've never had to schedule an urgent appointment so I can't rate that. The only issue I have is that the office waiting area (the kids section) is filthy. The seats are stained and the toys and books need a good cleaning. With experience of working in a medical office I know the importance of cleanliness in a medical setting.
