If you’re old enough to remember the family doctor who made house calls, knew your medical history without having to stare at a computer screen, personally answered the phone and didn’t limit an office visit to the time allotted by an insurance company, you’ll love Dr. Lin. She was my biggest cheerleader following a serious illness several years ago and never stopped searching for solutions to all the subsequent health issues that arose. As a direct primary care physician, she doesn’t have to answer to insurance companies or health systems. The standard of care is far superior to what the majority of Americans now receive.
