THE FACT THAT SHE CAME ACROSS AS SO CARING...AND THIS ALSO GOES FOR HER STAFF.. SHE JUST WAS SOOO UNDERSTANDING... EVEN WHEN AN UNEXPECTED ACCIDENT HAPPENED, SHE WAS THERE TO CONTINUE REASSURING ME..(THAT WAS ON MY PART, NOT HER OWN)... I WAS CHECKED FROM HEAD TO TOE.. HAD ALREADY DONE MY ON LINE SEARCHES FOR REFERENCES AND FORTUNATELY, I HAD CHECKED THE RIGHT THINGS... SHE TAKES HER TIME, ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS AND I AM TRULY THANKFUL THAT I FOUND HER....
