I have always been treated with courtesy from everyone, from reception when I first walk in, the Dr and all of the staff at every level including the lab personnel. I have always felt confident I've gotten the best care from my doctor for any issues or concerns I may have. If I didn't feel like I was getting taken seriously/heard about my issues, when they come up, I would have changed doctors. I like my doctor, feel confident he is doing all that is necessary and can be done. Normally, it's only a 6 mo check-up, but when I do have questions or issues, he addresses them to my satisfaction and I feel I can put my trust in him and getting the best care.
