Patient Reviews
Dec 20, 2024
Tore a tendon in my right knee and dislocated my kneecap after a fall. Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio recommended Dr. Heindel to take care of the situation. Dr.Heindel was pleasant, informative, never rushed and always willing to answer questions. He explained the procedure in words I could understand. After the surgery, he checked with me in recovery to check my pain level and see how I was doing. My pain level after surgery and throughout rehab never exceeded 2 out of 10, and that was only briefly. Typically it was a one or zero. Follow-up visits were just as informative, and his concern for the healing of the surgery site and of the knee were always his biggest concern. I would definitely recommend Dr. Heindel to anyone in need of surgery. Definitely a 12 out of 10.
