From the lovely ladies at the front desk (Didi and Stacey), to Donna (Dr. Satyan's assistant) who was so empathetic and got me in quickly, to the medical and physician's assistants, and Dr. Satyan, this is the best experience I have ever had with a medical office in its entirety in DFW. Dr. Satyan and I had a great conversation before we got down to business. No pretense, just a humble nice guy who understood what I needed, and took action. It was just so refreshing to be treated with kindness from the entire staff, not just one, but EVERYBODY. Customer experience rating would be 10 if I could give 10 stars!
