I was in the ED for a dog bite to the face. Dr. Bethel was quick, clear, actually treated me like a person (I’m old!), and gave me descriptive options for care. I chose not to be admitted, which was my plan from the start, but she made me comfortable with my plan, and confirmed that if I needed to be transferred she would have made me see reason. I would recommend her to any friend or family in a New York minute, as the cool kids used to say.
