Dr. Heck is an amazing doctor. She has been my two kids' pediatrician for 18 years. I have honestly never met a doctor like Dr. Heck - so attentive, so remembering all the patient's details, so proactive and correct with diagnosis when the issues arrive. Spends much time with the patient, as much as each situation requires - never rushes. Dr. Heck has seen my kids on weekends with childhood fevers and stomach bugs. Accidents and emergencies on weekdays - we were always seen. Covid - we got seen and tested so many times, always right away. She calls back the same day to discuss the issues and provide answers.
